- 2oz Ginger Beer |
- 1.5oz Pisco or Gin |
- 1oz Elderflower Liquor |
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice |
- 0.25oz Chambord |
- 1-1.5tbsp Fruits (mix of Blueberry / Pineapple / Watermelon) |
- **For Garnish: 4 Mint Leaves**
- ---> Mash blueberry/pineapple/watermelon and mint with lemon in a shaker |
- Add remaining liquors and cubed ice. Shake and double strain over crushed ice glass |
- Top off with ginger beer |
- Garnish with mint leaves |
