Blooming Orange

2-3oz Fever-tree Spiced Orange Ginger Beer |  1.5oz Gin  |  0.75oz Lemon Juice  |  0.75oz Simple Syrup  |  0.5oz Grand Marnier  |  Dash of Chili Vinegar + Tajin Powder  |  **For Garnish: Slice of Blood Orange ** --->Add all liquids in shaker and shake in cocktail shaker  |  Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the liquid  |  Top it with 2-3oz of Fever-tree Spiced Orange Ginger Beer  |  Garnish with a slice of blood orange  |  Enjoy!

Señora Gintini

1.5oz Gin |  0.75oz Dry Sherry |  0.75oz Lemon Juice |  0.75oz Simple Syrup |  0.5oz Mezcal |  0.5oz Elderflower Liquor |  0.25oz Sweet Vermouth |  **For Garnish: Fresh Thyme Springs ** --->Add all liquids in shaker and shake in cocktail shaker with some ice |  Strain ice and pour the liquid in martini glass |  Garnish with lightly smoked thyme spring |  Enjoy!

Mango Ahumado

1oz Mezcal |  1oz Lemon Juice |  1oz Mango Puree |  0.5oz Tequila Anejo |  0.5oz Triple Sec |  0.5oz Falernum |  0.5ox Agave Nectar |  **For Garnish: Tajin Powder ** ---> Mix all liquids and shake in cocktail shaker |  Rim a glass with Tajin powder |  Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour drink |  Enjoy!

Very Berry Gut

2oz Ginger Beer |  1.5oz Pisco or Gin |  1oz Elderflower Liquor |  0.5oz Lemon Juice |  0.25oz Chambord |  1-1.5tbsp Fruits (mix of Blueberry / Pineapple / Watermelon) |  **For Garnish: 4 Mint Leaves** ---> Mash blueberry/pineapple/watermelon and mint with lemon in a shaker |  Add remaining liquors and cubed ice. Shake and double strain over crushed ice glass |  Top off with ginger beer |  Garnish with mint leaves  |  Enjoy!
